This building complex, featuring 47 condominiums and six commercial units on the ground floor, was constructed based on the winning design from an architectural competition and was supported by our corporate group as one of two investors.
Bremerhaven’s new dream hotel opened in 2018. It is located in a unique and historic spot at the New Harbor, where over seven million emigrants once left Europe to settle in the New World. Its elegant, luxurious, and modern atmosphere makes it another major attraction in Bremerhaven.
MWB Motorenwerke GmbH was founded in 1957 in Bremerhaven’s Kaiserhafen I. In 1995, the shipbuilding and engine divisions were taken over by Dieter Petram and continued as two separate companies. In 2018, the operating companies were sold by the Petram family to the Rönner Group. The entire site remains the property of the Petram Group and is leased to commercial enterprises.
Thanks to the commitment of local citizens and the support of the Petram Group, it was possible to expand the 9-hole golf course into an 18-hole facility. The clubhouse, including the restaurant "Hemingway", was also extensively modernized and expanded. The restaurant is open to the public, also as an event venue. A project that promotes recreational sports, tourism, and the overall attractiveness of the city of Bremerhaven.
