Projects from the last 5 years
The project “An der Geeste 19–20” began on April 1, 2019, with the demolition of the former restaurants “Lehrke” and “Geestekieker.” The high-quality, barrier-reduced residential complex, designed in the style of a historic warehouse by renowned architect Ulrich Zaag, is a perfect addition to the existing development along the Geeste River.
Twelve months after the groundbreaking, construction was completed, and the 18 new apartments in this exclusive location were ready for occupancy. Inscriptions on the building pay tribute to the traditional “Lehrke” restaurant from 1862 and the former shrimp trading company Gebr. Ehlerding from 1926. The original old weather vane was also reinstalled on the gable of the warehouse.
The residential complex Hackfahrel 4a–4d was completed in 2023, quietly and greenly situated in the heart of Wulsdorf. The four energy-efficient residential buildings each offer six barrier-reduced apartments with an elevator serving all floors. The bright, light-filled apartments are distinguished by their high living quality.
At the New Harbor in Bremerhaven, the residential complex Port MarinA 26 combines modern architecture and refined design to create an exceptional living experience. Located in the heart of the city, with views of the water and ships, this well-rounded residential development stands out for its high living quality: modern building technology, high energy standards, and the sustainable use of CO₂-free district heating all enhance living comfort.
In addition to an optional concierge service, video-monitored underground parking spaces and fully accessible elevators provide both security and extra convenience. For residents’ guests, exquisite accommodations such as The Liberty Hotelare available nearby.
